Give Your 100% not 99%

                                          Life is all about your effort. You do whatever you want to do but never give excuse. Excuse create negative impact on others. Do your best put your efficiency in work. Every now and than you made mistake and every time you want one person who tell you that try it again...You can do it. But why? Why you depends on others? Why you want help from others side? Boost up your attitude like one man army, not you can do it but I can do it that attitude make you different from others. Main agenda of this discussion is 'Anyone can do anything' . Only you believe on your own self .

                                          As professional level in any company if you think that someone come and teach you and help you in each and every problem than it's wrong because no one is free to help in each and every problem . they only show you correct way to do that task now it's your turn to follow the route and complete task and solve the problem . if you real want to do the task than you not need any help. give your best in that task. your effort give solution. and your effort taught you a lots of things and boost up your attitude towards your work. sometime you do your work very interestingly but you never get proper output than you think why should that happen? But generally we only try on same route to solve that problem but never try other another way to solve that problem. we know that every problem have lots of way for solution but we ignore that difficult way to solve that problem. we never give importance to other hard way. we never try to solve that problem with another way that is the main reason behind to never get success. you put your 99%  to solve the problem but not try only 1% and than it's give failure. My point is that first understand the problem correctly and find batter way to solve that problem and than give your best that will definitely give success.
                                       
                                          Everyone do their task regularly and precisely and also they have complete their work at the end of the day , but no one try to do that task some another way. because they know that if they will try some different way to solve that problem than he will not getting success in that task but he will never try to find why he getting failure. that is biggest problem in every human's mindset. If you do you work and if you know what am i doing than it is easy to handle that  problem only you put you 100% in doing that task.

Understanding

              In everyday life we see so many thing which are not appropriate according to human rights but some time we not take it seriously. At that time we must required to proper understanding of this matter. Every now and than we required to take decision .Understanding is more important part to take any decision. It's play important role in human life but sometimes miss understanding create critical problem.
It's not god gifted but experience teach perfectly that how to understand any matter and  how to handle any matter in critical time period. it will take time.

              In real time scenario we face so many problem regarding this type of matter. Let us take an example you want to make new product or any electronics item. your idea about that concept is very clear, you have brief knowledge about that but you have not finding that what is problem is occur after that product uses or what is effect on environment than it is a chances of getting failure of your product. For successful product development creator have proper understanding of each and every environmental problem. Also proper planing for making product, in case your product get failure.not only this area but each and every field and every moment of life we required proper understanding. "Proper understanding makes you perfect."

             In regular life we also have proper understanding that any decision would never harm any person heart because life is cycle and all the person around this environment is our key supporter, without that support we can not stay on earth. Rich and beggar both are the human being. Please understand their situation and support them because "never trust on your life and destiny.".

Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro was born on February 5, 1985, in Madeira, Portugal to Maria Dolores dos Santos Aveiro and José Diniz Aveiro. Cristiano has an elder brother, Hugo and two elder sisters, Elma and Liliana Cátia. His name was inspired by the former US-president, Ronald Reagan, whom his father was influenced by.

The island of Madeira was also the place where Cristiano first learned to master his skills as a footballer. He spent his early years playing for his local team, Nacional, and by the time he turned 12 years old, he already made his name for himself as one of Madeira's top footballers . It wasn't long before he started to catch the attention of other big Portuguese clubs. Among Sporting was Benfica, a team Cristiano and his father followed as a young boy. However he eventually chose to play for Sporting which was a team his mother loved and followed as she was growing up, to play with the likes of Figo was the dream for her son.

He was then spotted by former Liverpool manager, Gerard Houllier at the age of sixteen but Liverpool had no intentions to sign him at that time because they thought he was too young and he needed more time to develop his skills. However, in the summer of 2003, when Sporting played against Manchester United and defeated them, Cristiano caught the attention of Manchester United manager, Sir Alex Ferguson.

Ronaldo became Manchester United's first-ever Portuguese player. Initially, he requested for the number 28 as his jersey number because he didn't feel that he could live up to the pressure of previous players such as George Best and David Beckham who wore the number 7 jersey.

The year 2006 to 2008 proved to be a rather controversial year for the star. In the 2006 World Cup, Cristiano faced accusations regarding his sportsmanship. In a quarter-final match against England, he was heavily criticized for sending of his club team mate, Wayne Rooney who was playing for the England team. It wasn't too long until fans started accepting Cristiano again. In 2007, he won PFA Young Player of the Year, PFA Player of the Year, PFA Fans' Player of the Year, Portuguese Footballer of the Year, FWA Footballer of the Year, Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year and Manchester United's Players' Player of the Year. The year 2008 also saw him taking back the PFA Player Of The Year Award for the second time running. That same year, Ronaldo also had to deal with controversies regarding his club transfer to Spanish giants, Real Madrid. He eventually chose to stay with Manchester United and stressed to the public that he had no intentions of leaving the club.

Cristiano now lives with his cousin, Nuno and his brother in law Ze. When he is not on the field, he is a very family oriented person. Growing up, when he was about to choose football as his career, he said that it was very difficult for him as that would mean lesser time with his family, especially his mother, whom he says play a major role in his life.

During his free time, Cristiano enjoys cooking. He mentioned in an interview that he usually cooks before he leaves for his soccer practice. Because he is constantly training, Cristiano rarely has time to watch TV. If he does get the time to watch, he says he loves watching one of the local Portuguese game show which is mostly about trivia questions. Cristiano is an avid learner and he takes interest in learning new things everyday. Among Cristiano's biggest pet peeves are smoking, people who don't make an effort and dishonesty.

When the tsunami hit South East Asia, Cristiano flew to Indonesia to help those in need. He auctioned off a few stuff to help raise funds for charity. He hopes to get involved in more charity projects in the future because he believes his star status will help him reach out to others for help.

King of The Field...

Today's scenario is everyone want to become a master in field at where ever they are working but no one want to get more knowledge about that field. post is not impotent knowledge is impotent but human make this thing "Life is Race". No one take care about future. No one take care about the next generation. what their next generation really expect from your side.

As a good writer it is required to being a good reader. same thing in every field. if you want to become a master in any particular filed than you should get more and more knowledge of that particular field than you get success in that field. otherwise you get success but not for long time. it is give short term satisfaction not a long term satisfaction. As i told you in my previous blog As a scientist you want to get success than you keep to solve each and every exception and find the batter way to reduce that exception.

Everyone know about The great cricketer of India Sachin Tendulkar. The person who never keep trying to reduce there practice. he find each fault and correct it. he also get failure in their life but never get De-motivated. Always learn and try new techniques on the field. practice make him perfect. In one interview when journalist ask question about his schedule at that time he replied that "My whole life is part of cricket so i never make any schedule." and right now we know that he is the king of cricket. It's very heart touching lines. In real life it is true. as i told you in my previous blog "Put your heart into the work than work will never leave you. "

My dear friends keep trying, keep learning in every phase of life and expand your skill and never expect from your work. Time is continuously change so never think about success only think about excellence. excellence get you success. One Direction

As always, wake up in the early morning. As per regular schedule today I am ready for going to my company. After reach at my office I do my work very precisely, really person like to do that thing in which he really interested. I also enjoy my job. Everyday I learn something new which is helpful for my growth and it is by default beneficial for my company. I also meet some new and old employee of my company who are in different field; I also share lunch time with them. My aim to meet people is always learn different things in life. Every time I am very excited to learn new thing.

Today, I meet one senior employee of my company. I share lots of time with him. He asks me about my regular life. I tell all about me what am I doing in day to day life. He asks me about my career goal. I am shocked. I can’t explain him about what I want from my life and what will I achieve in my life. I am blanked. I never think about that. He tells me some important thing.....

“We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much. We have multiplied our possession but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often. We have learned how to make a living but not a life. We have added years to life, not life to years."                                    

We all are the same mindset people never think about that why we are here? Why we do work a lot? Why we are in the world? What is the purpose of our life? Really if anyone have answer to all those question? I defiantly sure that, he is the future of world. For him everything is possible. He never fears about any type of problem in life. He will make life easy. Everyone decide to their goal and do everything to achieve that goal. Follow in One direction and achieve it.

Now, that day is turning point of my life. I set my goal and keep trying to achieve that goal in one direction. One direction is nothing but focus on goal and not get de-motivated after getting failure. Keep and keep trying to get success.....”Put your heart into achieve your goal, Goal will never leave you.”

Nothing is stronger than habit (OVID)

Habit? What is habit? It is a thing that person always like to do that thing again and again. Sometime it’s helpful but sometime it’s harmful. Most of the people know that what their habit is but never identified it.  Wake up early morning it’s habit, follow the rules it’s habit, give respect to others it’s habit, helpful nature it’s habit, ignore other self it’s habit, more talkative.... all this are habit but not all this are good  sometimes it’s  badly affect the relation.

Thomas Alva Edition the greatest scientist of world who invent bulb. It is big invention in science. He continuously working on that project. He gets 10,000 failure after that he get the success.  He has very good habit. Today’s human being required that type of habit or motivation. We know that today’s people what direct success without give any effort. For success you have good habit. Some people think that how we find our habit? Habit means what you generally doing in regular life, it is helpful to others or not, it is good or not? Think on that thing and find your habit.

Sometimes people think that my habit is good. I am always right? But never think about that things result. It is create good impact on others or bad. Also bad habit sometime badly affects the relationship. Sometime it’s also creating bad impact on other face. Example that you are going to give interview in big MNCs Company. You are reach at after half an hour without any specific reason also you are not wearing  formal cloth, Than it’s create bad impact on interviewer’s mind. Also think in opposite direction you are coming earlier before interview start, well dressed and your communication with interviewer is good than it’s creating good impact.

Most of the people think how to change our bad habit. You just take care about to doing that think. Make schedule and follow it. Read spiritual books and share time with your mom and dad. Do that thing which will make smile on other faces. Give respect and take respect. Change with situation. Being adaptive than being well managed. Nothing is stronger than habit.... Sparks

Sparks, What you mean by sparks? Sparks is one type of excitement. It makes feel to person that he can do it anything in their life. At the time of when we take admission in the college we have full of excitement that how was the first day of college? What other student think about me? How i represent myself against to my classmate?  How I communicate with new students? We are very curious about all these things.

Everyone have question that sparks comes from where? I find that type of excitement in younger child. When he was playing with toys always notice small things very precisely and keep trying to do these thing again and again but when i never look these type of excitement in the older person. I think that whenever we move from younger to older age our excitement become degraded continuously. In college life also that type of excitement will helpful to learn lots of new things.

Sparks never related with age. It has never any external measurement to measure sparks. Dhirubhai Ambani is not richest person in his childhood. He has spark so that he makes Reliance. He also faces some failure but he never gets their sparks down. Sachin tendulkar not great cricketer from his child age. He also has spark to do something different. Most of the time when we get failure at that time we left our sparks. We also know that we are not Sachin or not Dhirubhai Ambani but at least we try again. This will take one step ahead from our goal.

You also have read some quotes- life is a tough race, it is a marathon or whatever. No, from what I have seen so far, life is one of those races in nursery school. Where you have to run with a marble in a spoon kept in your mouth. If the marble falls, there is no point coming first. Same with life, where health and relationship are the marbles. Your striving is only worth it if there is harmony in your life. Else, you may achieve the success, but this spark, this feeling of being excited and alive, will start to die.

Finally, the last point that cans your spark is isolation, As you grow older you will realize you are unique. When you are little, all kids want ice cream and Spiderman. As you grow older and in college, you still are a lot like your friends. But ten years later and you realize you are unique. What you want, what you believe in, what make you feel, may be different from even the people to you. This can create conflict as your goals may not match with others. And you may drop some of them, basketball   captain in college invariably stop playing game because he share that with their children. Never ever make that compromise. Love yourself than think about other self.

Nothing Is Permanent

                       Life is journey. That journey teach us so many lesson. In that journey  we faces so many problem and sometime we get failure also but after getting failure it’s not like that keep that situation in your mind and don’t move forward. Sometime our relative also move back and don’t give their support in very critical situation. At that time person get de-motivated and feel like he is alone in life and attempt suicide but always remember that suicide is not last option it is reason when person totally feel alone and think that i am not able to handle this situation. Don’t be disappointed when nobody stands with you.

CHANAKYA said : ‘I am thankful to those who left me because they taught me” I CAN  DO IT ALONE.”’

                         Today’s people set their mindset that if any failure occur in life than he lost his whole life but he never think that how he can solve that problem and find the solution. I think that Every problem have one solution. I think that “NOTHING IS PERMANENT.” After getting failure you get success also and sometime after success u get failure also. It is continuous cycle. I hope you know the man himself Michel  Jordan....

                         I have missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I have lost almost 300 games. 26 times i have been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I have failed over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed       

                         Today’s people think that , I am strong person but every now and than i also need someone to take my hand and say Everything will be alright. But why You need someone to take care about you? Why? Think you can do anything in your life, Any problem in any situation you can handle it. Think that you are one man army. Leave like legend.

How Can We Change?

                        Yes, honesty pays but only if all of society is honest. If only you are honest, but everyone is not, you will suffer. This is the bottleneck obstructing change in India today. We all want to be honest, but we don’t want to be the only one honest, for then we will suffer. This paradox prevents change.

                        Foe example, suppose that a crowd of people is waiting for a bus at s stop. When the bus arrives, everybody pushes and shoves to get in. It makes life difficult for everyone. The solution to this daily misery would be everyone queuing up to get in. However, everyone needs to come on board with the queuing system. If you are the only one queuing up, while the others continue to rush in, you will be left behind.

                        Thus, transformation will come about only if everyone decides to change together.  A majority of Indians have to accept what we do is wrong and be ready to change for a better future. Society needs to rest and inculcate good values. Right now, We don’t even have a clear set of Indian values. We need to create them.  How will all this happen and that too at the same time? Well, this is where leaders come in.

                        A leader is a human being who can reach a large part of the population. If the leader is charismatic and influential, he or she can create a lot of positive change in people’s thinking. If we are lucky enough to have good leaders at the top, change will happen quickly. Unfortunately, we don’t. Given how divided India is, how corruption is accepted and how we lack good values, it is impossible for us choose a good leader at this point.

                        Deep down we all are skeptical and ashamed of ourselves. Thus, anyone who even tries to change India for the better is seen with cynical eyes. We know we are all tarnished, so we doubt everyone else too. It is a sad situation, where we need a leader but cannot really trust anyone. I can bet some people reading this will be asking- what is chetan’s agenda? What is he trying to achieve? Who is he trying to please? What does he want? In fact, a leader would be left explaining himself or herself rather than doing any work.

Password make my life

            When i am in child age. we learn that man can do anything.From child age to younger age i learn so many thing.Which is helpful in my regular life but i never get what is important of all this things so that i got most of the time failure in my life. After i have completed my higher education i will get admission in Information technology in Engineering field. I will completed my graduation from reputed college but after that i would never plan what i do after graduation. I will keep trying doing different jobs in IT fields but never get success in life. Everyday routine of my life is sign in my login account and read what task i would to be perform today, and than do it!!!!

           One day when i was in my office my first work of the day is login into email account and check my mail. At that day my email account will not opened and i keep trying to open my account but i forgot my password. that day i will change my password. i think that what password i set so i can never forget and it is also strong enough for security purpose. At that time in my mind one idea blink out and i set my password "YOUc@nDOit". Always i will open my account and enter my password "YOUc@nDOit". Due to that password i always get inspire to do my work batter than best i will give my 100% in my work. After One month i will promoted in my company as General Manager(GM). At that day i realise that one password can change my life.

           After those days i will change my social account password and set password which will encourage me to everyday in my life. Friends it's very small thing according to other mindset but really that password will change my life.

Values of Nature

                     We always wake up in early morning but always go through the regular schedule.Never think about what happen in everyday environment and what is values of nature. we always follow use and throw rules, when we need of environmental row material we only cut it down and never think about what happen after taking one by one environmental property.

                   "We forget values of environment but environment never forget us." It's always helpful to everyday life. Because of tree oxygen percentage in environment is keep safe.also due to most of environment property we live in safe . People day to day forget their responsibility against environment property. i want to share one most important fact about environment. we are doing so many thing against environment safety but we always blame on environmental situation but never keep in mind that behind that always reason is human nature against environment, we cut the tree and make green land to dessert what happen to next is rainfall in that field is low compare to previous year due to less rainfall crop will be less and crops will be less so in that situation price of every item is rise so market goes down and people suffering that effect  and due to starvation people will die and it is all due to  human's unwanted thing against to environment.

                     keep environment safety is every human have their own responsibility. First understand environment importance and their values and keep environment safe and be safe.
